Jolly holiday vibes and philanthropy move into Duke's Gates
Everyone eagerly awaits the arrival of Santa Claus! The youngest residents of Duke's Gates residential complex did not have to wait long, as they had the pleasure and privilege of being among the first to be visited by Santa and his helpers.
Thanks to Israeli investor Shikun & Binui Group, the park of the first condominium in Voždovac became a magical place, featuring good fun and numerous opportunities for neighbours to get to know each other better.
The residents of Duke's Gates and their kids had a chance to spend time with the popular actor Uroš Jovčić, enjoy magic tricks, and learn from chemists how artificial snow, ice and crystals are made, while the youngest ones were also given presents by Santa Claus himself!
Duke's Gates condominium also became more delightful and captivating, owing to the artwork created by proteges of the Society Supporting Intellectually-Challenged Individuals Voždovac.
Artwork inspired by the theme "My Voždovac" was purchased by the investor Shikun & Binui Group. The framed art pieces now adorn the walls and hallways of this one-of-a-kind residential complex located in the municipality of Voždovac.
