The first phase, one level of underground garage is accessible via the two-way ramp from Otokara Keršovanija street.
The first level of the second phase is extension from the first phase while the second underground level is introduced, accessible via two two-way ramps
The third phase continues the extension and connection with the first and second phases, and in General Rasic Street there is a second two-way ramp to enter / exit the underground garage of the complex.
